Our practice has started flu clinics. Please support your GP Practice by having your flu vaccine at the practice.

Please call us so that we can book you in your flu vaccine 0203 457 8727

Please be punctual and take off any extra layers on your arrival so that we can easily give you your flu jab.

Housebound patients

For our house bound patients a community nurse will be arranged. It is important to let the surgery know if your circumstances have changed.

Carer status

You may also be eligible if you are registered as a Carer for somebody who is chronically unwell and needs regular support. You will need to let us know if this is the case.

Eligible patient groups and conditions

Patient groups and conditions that are eligible for the vaccination are listed here on the NHS website.

Tell the surgery if you have a long-term condition that is not listed as eligible on the NHS website. They can offer you the flu vaccine if they think you’re at risk of serious problems if you get flu.
