Practice email address not being used anymore Posted on 29 Jun 2022

With effect from Monday 27th June the Practice will no longer have an email address that patients can contact us on.

Any queries, prescription requests, questions about sick certificates/fit notes, medical reports etc should be submitted via the "contact us online" button on the front page of this website.

The Practice email address swlccg.lfp@nhs.net will no longer be monitored and all emails sent to this by patients will be deleted without being read or actioned.
