If you have been seen in a Hospital Outpatient Clinic, or have recently been discharged from hospital, you may be given a Hospital Prescription for new or changed medication. These prescriptions should either be collected from the main hospital pharmacy, or from the chemist that is located in the ground floor reception area of the hospital (if you have been seen at Croydon University Hospital). These prescriptions should not be brought into the surgery to be dealt with unless they are non-urgent changes to medication to be actioned when your next repeat medication is due. We are unable to deal with urgent hospital prescriptions, they should be dealt with whilst you are at the hospital. Thank you for your co-operation.
